ICRL is an international, interdisciplinary, and intergenerational consortium, originally created in 1990 by Robert Jahn and Brenda Dunne, founders of the Princeton Engineering Anomalies Research (PEAR) Laboratory at Princeton University. A 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization with headquarters in Princeton, New Jersey, ICRL today comprises a worldwide network of creative scholars, educators, and artists who embody a wide range of interests, capabilities, and experiences with an open-minded and inclusive approach to collaboration.
