ICRL is an international, interdisciplinary, and intergenerational consortium, originally created in 1990 by Robert Jahn and Brenda Dunne, founders of the Princeton Engineering Anomalies Research (PEAR) laboratory at Princeton University. A 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization with headquarters in Princeton, New Jersey, ICRL today comprises a network of some 80 scholars from 15 countries who represent a wide range of academic and professional backgrounds. ICRL engages in a broad agenda of educational outreach that seeks to encourage a new generation of creative investigators. Within that context, the ICRL Press publishes an array of books relating to the subject of consciousness and spirituality. ICRL-sponsored projects and collaborations are available online as scholarly articles and technical reports.
