President's Note
In the darkest night Do the softest stars shine through
In the brightest day Are the deepest shadows cast
In the quietest calm Is the faintest wisdom heard
In the present moment Where will you invest your focus?

A New Study Seeks Your Input
If you have been following along in the newsletter, you may recall a mention here and there about a new initiative named the Lotus Project. The goal is to provide people with a resource that helps with keeping focused on the things that matter most in their lives (like awareness, compassion, interconnectedness... that kind of stuff).
We are now at a stage where we are looking for volunteers to help test out a few experiences. There will be three of them over the course of three weeks, with each one taking roughly 5-10 minutes of your time. There is no fixed event (i.e. you can do them at your leisure), and no special skills or background required.

Experiencing Consciousness The Power of Storytelling
How we tell our stories – to ourselves and others – shapes our lives and defines the boundaries of our world. To fully explore consciousness, we must examine the stories that hold us. This Sunday, April 12th at 1:00 pm EDT // 7:00 pm CET, join Robin Rice, Master Storyteller and Alchemist, as she guides you through deconstructing three of your personal life stories to see what…

Theater of the Deep
Theater of the Deep is an exploratory project brought to you by ICRL, the Scientific and Medical Network, and the Pari Center. Our premise is a simple one: we can have a lot of theatrical fun reading lightly-rehearsed scripts while exploring the nature of reality at the same time. These online events are free to attend, and for those interested in some experimental thespianism, you can even sign up to read a part if you so desire (but don't wait too long!).
Our next session is April 19th at 12:00 pm EDT // 6:00 pm CET. And no, we don't know what the quokka is doing here either.

Partner Events
Beyond ICRL's events, there is a lot going on. Check out events from some of our sister organizations:
The Scientific and Medical Network has offered the Mystics and Scientists online conference for over four decades. This year's theme is "The Coming Age of Enheartenment: Love as an Alchemy of Transformation" and will be held April 17-19 online. You can learn more and register here.
Nurturing the Fields of Change is a collaborative space for exploring today’s complex challenges through shared inquiry, dialogue, and diverse ways of knowing. Part of Alef Trust’s community of practice, it brings people together online to foster connection, insight, and positive social and cultural change in a more just and sustainable world. You can learn more and register here. What did Carl Jung really think about God, religion, and the inner life? In this thought-provoking 9-session course offered by the Pari Center, Mark Vernon brings Jung’s most powerful ideas to life—exploring the unconscious, symbols, synchronicity, and spiritual experience in a way that’s accessible, challenging, and deeply relevant to modern seekers. Live group conversation dates are Wednesdays: April 15, 22, and 29. Find more information here.
Also from the Pari Center, two upcoming in-person events in beautiful Tuscany, Italy. Matter, Mind, and Multiverse is a unique program in May that brings together leading thinkers to explore whether physics can expand to include these dimensions. And in September, Pari will hold its annual Science, Arts, and the Sacred event with the theme of Creation and Life Itself. This event explores what it means to be human through creativity, drawing on insights from science, the arts, and spiritual traditions, and reflecting on modern challenges like the rise of machines.
And finally, a wealth of exciting courses by the Rhine Research Center are starting in May, including Human Consciousness & Survival Studies, Paranthropology: A Cultural Approach to Psi, A Practical Guide to Psychics & Mediums, and more. Visit their site to see the full list of offerings.
